What Happens After You Order?

A deposit is required to reserve your beef and hold your spot.

Once your animal has been processed, we’ll send you photos along with the hanging weight, your cut sheet and the invoice for your remaining balance. Your cut sheet gives you the opportunity to choose how you’d like your beef cut and packaged, so your freezer is stocked in a way that works for you. Cut sheets are offered on full and half beef orders.
